If you are a bulk mailer, you need to know that for each class of mails there are additional fees such as mailing permit and annual mailing fee. But being a bulk mailer doesn't have to be like this, since the new program called EDDM has been introduced by the USPS in March of 2011. Visit the color copies or the Every Door Direct Mail.
